He is an accomplished leadership facilitator and certified coach. He is the founder and managing partner of LeaderSci, a leadership assessment and development company that applies scientific principles to the development of leaders. He works with companies of all sizes to help their leaders be more successful. Tommy has been Chairman of Deacons at Burnt Hickory and currently teaches an adult LifeGroup. He strongly believes that God has given everyone the responsibility of leadership, and has therefore given everyone the ability to lead.
